Driver pay by vehicle £ per loaded mile · and the least that vehicle may earn on a job
These eight are the only vehicles on the network. A bigger van can never pay less than a smaller one — the page will stop you.
Driver reward rate pence per mile — paused, held at zero
Paused for now: every driver is paid the same, whatever their tier. Tiers still earn priority matching, relay eligibility and their account benefits. When it is switched back on, HAF funds it out of its own share — the customer is always quoted the plain vehicle rate, so which driver takes a job can never change what they pay.
Account fee reduction percentage points off the network fee
Points, not a percentage of the fee: 2.5 off a 20% fee is 17.5%. It comes off HAF only, never off driver pay, and never breaks the floor. Fleet accounts are excluded.

Short local runs a quick job in the area is handling work, not road work
The vehicle minimum eases down for very short jobs and climbs back to full by the mileage you set. The curve is smooth, so a longer job can never be quoted cheaper than a shorter one.
